January Calendar
Hello my sweets! Welcome back from a long and wonderful break. Was yours fruitful and merry? Mine was delightful except for those five days that I was sick in bed {AHEM!}, but I recovered almost fully by New Year’s Eve so all was well. I’d love to tell you a bit about this month’s calendar!
Chelsea thought it would be fun to do a collage like we did in September, and I adore collages so this felt like a great chance to use some images that I’ve been crushing on. I think we can all agree that January is a time for change and renewal; a time when really anything seems possible. We can lead new lives, create new relationships, develop new life patterns. And I just love that optimism. I love the implication that our whole world can change if we decide it can {which, I believe it can}. There’s something absolutely magical about all of it, so the notion of magic crept it’s way into this month’s calendar in the form of whimsy, adventure and mysteriousness. What lies ahead? How will we rise to the challenges and grow and change and succeed? Glittery pine cones, a beauty of a unicorn, a sparkly city and a bob-headed girl who looks like she’s got a secret or two all came together beautifully in this darker palette. So! Here’s to a month of possibility. May you find the magic around and within.
